Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how an order on careerdecode.in can be cancelled.

Before payment is completed

You can cancel an order at any point before you complete payment on the Razorpay checkout page - simply close the checkout window or click “back.” No charge is made and no further action is needed.

After payment is completed

Because our paid products are digital study material (PDFs, video access, or test series) delivered instantly after successful payment, we’re not able to cancel an order once payment has gone through - the material has already been made available to you at that point.

If something went wrong with your payment - for example, you were charged but didn’t receive access, or you were charged more than once for the same product - that’s covered separately under our Refund Policy, not cancellation.

Free material

Free study material isn’t a paid order, so there’s nothing to cancel - you can simply leave the Telegram channel at any time if you no longer want updates.
